International Islamic University Chittagong is a private university in Chittagong, Bangladesh, founded in 1995 and set on a campus at Kumira, Sitakunda. It teaches across the sciences, engineering, business, law and the humanities.
The university is known for an approach that reads the modern disciplines alongside the Islamic intellectual tradition, holding that the pursuit of knowledge and the formation of character belong to the same undertaking.
Research at the university is coordinated through the Center for Research & Publication (CRP), which supports its conferences and its journals, among them IIUC Studies.

The Faculty of Arts and Humanities houses the departments of English Language and Literature and Arabic Language and Literature, together with allied disciplines in history, culture and Islamic studies. Its teaching spans language and linguistics, literary studies, translation, and the civilizational subjects — the ground from which the twelve tracks of FAHIIUCIC 2026 are drawn.
The faculty hosts this conference in association with the Center for Research & Publication (CRP).
